• You are required to pay for full package if you opt to pre-book your Premium Quarantine Package. Please attach your Booking Confirmation and any request of exemption after booking has been made WILL NOT be entertained.
Other Terms and Conditions (T&C)
1. A full refund will only be made due to flight cancellations or the rejection of the enterSarawak application.
2. A charge of 1 night's stay will be implemented in the event of all other reasons of cancellation including No Shows. The balance of the payment will be refunded upon the receipt of the cancellation.
