1. Application for Quarantine in Peninsular Malaysia must be made between 4 to 10 working days before arrival date at KLIA/KLIA2.
2. Applications made less than the above time frame may not be entertained.
3. All cancellation requests must be made at least 1 day before arrival to avoid cancellation fees. No shows or last-minute cancellations made within 24 hours of stipulated arrival date will be charged accordingly to the applicant.
4. Legal actions may be taken against those who have booked their quarantine but failed to show without reason.
